How salt reduction can be good for your health

Between 2011 and 2012, the Brazilian food industry extracted 1.3 tons of sodium, according to an announcement made by the Brazilian National Public Health agency (Anvisa). Bread, biscuits, and pasta were the primary foods mentioned as part of an agreement between the Brazilian Ministry of Health and the Brazilian Food Association (Abia).
